Reporting




This tab is used for call history and recordings if it is enabled. The system generally only shows a day or two initially depending on how many calls you have had. 


If you need to find a specific call from a number on a certain date, you would use the filters button and put in the information on the screen that pops up.



Once you find the number you are looking for you have a couple of options.


You can edit the contact with the pencil icon. This would either edit the contact you already have or allow you to create a contact with the information in the call example.


If call recording is enabled, you can click on the down arrow icon to download the file, or click on the speaker icon to listen to the call in the browser.


And the last icon is there to allow you to add notes to a call for future reference.
