The History Tab in NOVA allows you to access call history in three categories: Missed Calls, Outgoing Calls, and Incoming Call.
Here is what the screen look like by default. You can see that all the call types are mixed together based on the time the calls happened chronologically. To change the view of which calls you want to see, click the drop down arrow in the upper left hand corner under the word History. *blur out phone numbers*
Here is the view of all the missed calls. Note the red bent arrow. This is the indicator that the call was missed.
Here is a view of all the incoming calls. Note the blue arrow. This is the indicator of a call that came to your app and that you answered.
Here is a view of all the outgoing calls. Note the green arrow. This is the indicator of a call that you sent out from the app to another extension or outside phone number.
